Olympic day - virtual shooting competition
On this Olympic Day for which, unfortunately, due to the pandemic which continues to rage all over the world, we cannot organize our meetings of initiation and demonstration of our sport, in particular on historic or remarkable sites, the FIPJP launches a virtual shooting competition imagined by our friends from the Federation of Iran...
While continuing to protect our millions of players as well as possible and recommending that you respect scrupulously. The instructions to safeguard their health, this competition will allow us to show that, even if Pétanque is an outdoor sport which practically does not require special arrangements for its practice, we are able to innovate by offering electronic forms which are not a replacement, but a supplement.

The WPOC in cooperation with the International Humanitarian Games Association (IHGA) where the FIPJP has been become member in, will offer good opportunities to juniors & seniors to participate in different kinds of Petanque competitions as Standard Shooting (FIPJP rules with some modifications) and Parthian Shooting (adrenaline producer style). We are going to keep our Petanque family active and dynamic by the offline shooting competitions continuing till end of the pandemic.
