From 30 July to 2 August, the world’s top junior pétanque players will gather in Santa Susanna, near Barcelona, in Spain. This venue will host the World Championships for the second time in five years, following the exceptional 2021 edition – organised in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic – which brought together the men’s, women’s and junior World Championships. This year, the competitions will take place outdoors, in the pleasant surroundings of the hotel complex, offering an ideal setting and a friendly atmosphere for players and spectators alike. Young players representing 23 countries are expected to take part.
