Hamedan Petanque Arena will be host of Iran All Petanque Championships

Iran All Petanque Championships will be held on September 21-22, 2017 at the west of Iran in the hamedan city, the capital of Iranian history and civilization, where is the center for Petanque talent identification and development. Hamadan Petanque Arena will be host of 300 female and male players from 21 states (provinces) in junior and senior categories who will compete in single, double, triple, and mix disciplines.

“The named event will be a selection way for Iranian national Petanque team competing in all International events scheduled in 2017. Representatives of Sport and Youth Ministry of Iran will observe the event and some parliament members, officials from Ministries of education and also Sciences, researches and Technology, presidents of some national non-governmental sport governing bodies, mayors, and Iranian high ranked universities will join at the medal ceremonies on 21st and 22nd of September. Asian and World medals for both Iranian female and male players set as elite oriented goals for the Boules and Petanque Association of I.R.Iran in a five years vision of excellence” Dr. Jasem Manouchehri who is the founder and president of the Boules and Petanque Association of I.R.Iran and an executive board member of the Asian Boules Sports Confederation said.
