This four-days marathon included 308 time-limited matches among elite players who experienced, for the first time, the highest national performance level of throwing boule in the most prominent sport complex of Iran.
“Our current capacities allow us to be a host of the international events in any of at least 6 cities among tens our active member cities and, for Petanque, these are the West and Central Asia Championships 2024 and the Asian Triples and Shooting Championships 2025 sanctioned by ABSC as the first ones! The number of capable member cities in our association which are ready to the host of the ABSC 2025 shows the Petanque and Bowls developed infrastructures of them at the moment.” Dr. Jasem Manouchehri, founder and president on the I.R.Iran Petanque and Bowls Association and executive board member of the Asian Boules Sport Confederation (ABSC) said.
